Ghost Device
A manifestation of unknown assets — invisible, unmanaged, and dangerous. Ghost Devices represent the core problem of Cyber Asset Management: you cannot secure what you cannot see.
What is a Ghost Device?
Ghost Devices exist within the environment but remain hidden until actively revealed. They flicker in and out of reality, representing unmanaged, untracked, or unknown systems within a network.
Why it is dangerous
Cannot be detected without scanning, making them unpredictable threats.
Operate outside of visibility and control, introducing risk into the environment.
Flicker and phase through the environment, disrupting movement and combat.
Gameplay mechanics
Player must use a scanning pulse to make Ghost Devices visible.
Once revealed, they interact with physics — movement, collision, and combat.
Move left and right along platforms, matching the player’s movement space.
